I recently ordered a Crystal Turtle from Mandirwood to the UK. The shipment was delayed, and after getting anxious about the non-arrival, I requested and received a full refund. Surprisingly, the package arrived shortly after. When I reached out to Priyadarshan at Mandirwood to pay for the item I had received, they refused the payment, apologized for the delay, and suggested I donate the money to a local temple or someone in need instead.
